Just read local article...gas prices (my heating source) expected to rise 21% this winter. Let’s see...I’m getting a 5.9% COLA increase.....That should cover it....NOT!!!!

You know where this is leading. Any federally funded entitlement or program to any other state/local govt program will require proof of shot before funds like SS, unemployment, disability, federal retirement, snap etc. are paid out. Bank on it.
