Shockingly, my company just admitted today that there us no mandate yet so they cannot enforce the testing requirement

If the vaccine works,
then the vaccinated are safe.
If the vaccine doesn’t work,
there’s no reason to take it.
Either way there’s no need to mandate vaccines except to continue the ‘pandemic’ and the emergency powers that come with it.

OSHA appears to be having trouble writing a “rule” that violates so many laws, the Constitution, and all those laws that guarantee medical autonomy, including their own OSHA rules.

The law that gives OSHA control over workplace safety. OSHA is going to give the order.
I think that should be up to the individual corporations, not state or federal government.

Knife is the same as a gun. Motorcycles are allowed. And what I do or say off hours on social media can certainly get me fired if I violate company policy. Living in a employment at will state they have that power.

I’m not sure they would mandate the vaxx for WIC, SNAP, Food Stamps, Section 8 and the other welfares.
Those folks tend to be very vocal about their rights and would probably hit the streets like the Australians and French did, and the government definitely does not want that much pushback.
