My sister has a Blackstone griddle and makes the best cheeseburgers. It seems like I’ve seen videos where some put pots on it and cook beans or whatever while they do other stuff. In the restaurant biz they had big griddles built in and they used them as a heating surface for pots as well as the gas flame top burners.
I cook outside at least once a week usually on a Kamado style charcoal grill, I had a old Weber gas grill that i had used for than 20 years, it was in need of numerous repairs and the price for the parts was about the same as he Blackstone griddle, I’m very pleased with it so far
