Something like at least 20 of them, all UN violations but he was repeatedly appeased and let off the hook and continued that bad behavior due to the love letters. This is nothing new.

Plus, the hypersonic missiles they have developed, and the SLBM platform that this might be, were all developed and furthered for the last several years, including under at least three years of Trump and now 8 months of Biden.
