This case is being brought on the merits of lack of religious exemption.
It's the Florida case that is being challenged on the lack of informed consent per the EUA. That's the one I'm waiting for.

Did you think they would? If you did, you are in for a heart break. This [the jab] is political. Not medical. For any number of reasons. For one, but not the only one, it is given in a narcotic shooting gallery setting. Not a licensed medical Doctor's sanitary examination room. As stated before , this is political. Not medical, not scientific, not therapeutic, and not preventative, nor for immunization.
