Yes, if you go back to look at some old pictures of Roosevelt, Stalin and Churchill meeting at Yalta in Feb. 1945, he looks like he was really sick and about to die, but still smoking like a chimney....he died a couple of months later...leaving Harry Truman to take over, Roosevelt was in his 4th term as POTUS...
