KENOSHA, Wisc. — Kenosha County Circuit Court Judge Bruce Schroeder revealed at the start of the Kyle Rittenhouse trial that someone had filmed the jury at their bus pickup on Tuesday morning. He assured the jurors the video was deleted and more steps will be taken to protect them.
"At pickup, there was someone there and video recording the jury, which officers approached the person and required [them]...to delete the video and return the phone to him. I've instructed that if it happens again, they are to take the phone and bring it here," Schroeder said.

"Something like that should not have occurred, I’m frankly, quite surprised it did," he added.
The revelation comes shortly after Cortez Rice, who says he is George Floyd's nephew, claimed in a livestream he knew people were taking photos of the Rittenhouse jury while being in the courtroom. Rice has since deleted the video but copies were made and posted to social media.
The filming incident also comes after the prosecution had another disastrous day as key witness Gaige Grosskreutz, the third person shot by Rittenhouse during the Kenosha riots, admitted to the defense during cross-examination he lied several times about what happened in the aftermath of the shootings. Grosskreutz further agreed with the defense Rittenhouse did not shoot him until he dropped his hands and advanced towards Rittenhouse while aiming a gun at Rittenhouse's head.
This is who the terroristic Democrats are. This is why Ofc. Chauvin was convicted, not on facts of the case.
Isn’t it possible to have your photos and video automatically sent to the cloud for storage? If so, the video may still exist.

this is EXACTLY why there needs to be a directed verdict by the judge; take the burden off of the jury. The trial is a sham to begin with so it makes the most sense for the judge to call the end game shot.

Agreed. I’m actually surprised the defense didn’t move for a directed verdict or immediate dismissal after the attacker who lived testified that he was chasing and pointing his gun at Rittenhouse.
Might have something to do with the other two attackers being killed, but I’m no lawyer nor do I watch court on TV.
Not only that, if it was recorded to an SD card, it's recoverable after deletion.
I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. I do know that, without using the Cloud at all, when I take stills on my iPhone and delete them, I have 30 days to un-delete them before the phone will move them in a folder where the files become available to be recorded over with new data.
As far as I know, it's plain illegal everywhere to take a photograph inside an active courtroom. That's why courtroom scenes, even today, are done by artists. The officer should simply have confiscated the phone to be destroyed. It's because of the security risk to the jury and others present that photos are forbidden.
And the guy taking the images should have been arrested.
yeah I’m not sure why either. Maybe to fully discredit the state, as opposed to partially discrediting.
Regardless, this case proves ALL patriots have targets on their backs; Kyle just happened to be the target du jour.

That has to be quite rare. And it would be suicidal for the Judge. Remember, most of the MSM has Rittenhouse declared guilty. I'll bet half the MSM fans think the victims were black sweeties.
