I’d like to go back to my original idea. Give the oil to Cuba as needed. The oil would last a long time given their economic state now. That would be strategic. They just have to get rid of the communists. Biden is proving there’s nothing strategic about the reserve. We could at least prime the economic pump in Cuba’s new way. Donated old Ford Fiestas and Rangers would lock them into our auto companies. Elbow out anyone who saw fit to deal with the Communists and undermine us like the rinos do. It would take a DJT to reward friends and punish enemies.
But then you’ll never know when everything collapses. I have my popcorn out when watching news.

Drain the Petroleum Reserve, cut off external sources, drive energy prices through the roof ushering in the age of electric cars for elites. The others can walk or ride bikes.
Don’t touch the reserves. Instead, reopen the pipelines and wells. A real shame that we’ve gone from a net exporter to a begging importer in less than a year. Great job Joe.
