The Nuremberg Code is a code that was implemented after the WW2 trials.
Although it does refer to medical experimental issues, it requires that it is an absolute that consent be given by the human to go forward with the experiment on the individual.
Here is the problem. This vaccine is an experiment and would be proven so in a court of law-at least here in the USA. It was given an emergency authorization to get it out ASAP.
Dr Robert Malone, the lead researcher of the mRNA vaccine stated that this vaccine should be stopped being given because..we do not know where this will lead us and what the result will be. He specifically said that it should NOT be given to anyone under a certain age-I believe he said under 50.
Now IMO, the novavax vaccine is entirely another matter. It is similar to a flu vaccine and does NOT use mRNA.
When that one comes out, I will consider that one.
As the rational among us know, it’s not about the vaccine or covid, it’s about control. Period.
When 21st-century fascism arrived, it arrived in the form of a needle, along with a mandate from the government that previously-free citizens get injected with absolutely everything that the government wanted to inject them with.

It’s not my state, so I’m not necessarily up on everything that is going on there, but from what I can see the Queensland government is quite paranoid about COVID - not quite to the extent of WA or Victoria, but still pretty bad.
Their Chief Health Officer did say this, but I think the context is being exaggerated a little - some people are suggesting it’s some sort of threat, where I think it’s more accurate to say, it’s a warning to people about the consequences of their choices given the decision the QLD government is likely to take.
I also think people are acting as if this is a lot more long term than it likely is. That’s understandable given the rhetoric coming out of some government and quasi-government organisations which are talking about long term programs to deal with COVID involving boosters each year - people are feeling like this means those who don’t get vaccinated will face long term sanctions. I actually think that’s unlikely. Other states have gradually become more realistic on the COVID time frame - Queensland and Western Australia are still lagging behind on that. As they see the rest of the country open up without major problems, I expect to see that dialled back. But at the moment, they are still in very paranoid mode.

Can a small problem be serious? Blood clots, heart inflammation, loss of feeling, neurological problems, permanent disability, death - these are “small” problems? Gosh, so MANY are SO IGNORANT about these vaccines.
It’s my opinion that this Vax bullshit is way past a political tipping point and the politicos are not aware of the trouble they are in!
