Even if Trump were appointed speaker of the house in 2022, he would not lead an investigation against Biden anymore than he led an investigation against Hillary Clinton for all of her crimes. It’s just not gonna happen. Trump is my choice for president, but he has a lot of fatal faults that resulted in what we have witnessed. Prosecuting and Imprisoning Hillary would’ve stopped much of it.

Trump was correct in not taking a “lead” as you call it, in the investigation of Hillary.
Whereas a president can suggest that the DOJ investigate, Once the investigation is in process the president must not interfere one way or another.
We can’t protest interference in the investigation of Hunter Biden or Rittenhouse and at the same time demand that Trump meddle in an investigation in process.

It’s more weakness than fault. The “Trump” swamp DOJ was never going to prosecute Hillary to the benefit of Trump and therefore the MAGA agenda.

Trump could never get support from the Republican controlled Congress to even build the wall or reign in the FBI and Intelligence communities. What makes you think he could get Congress to go after Hillary Clinton. She has many of the Republicans compromised.
If Trump has the chanc he will comedown strong. Last time he was just listening to the wrong folks—the So Called Experts—he was new to politics. He has learned a lot in four years. Part Two will be more Iron Fist. If he has the chance.
