Bill Barr rightly SHOULD have been yelled at, a whole lot more than he has been. The presence of the former AG helped the Trump Administration about as effectively, in the end, as Jeff Sessions did, that is, not at all. AG Barr was effectively compromised almost from the first day on the job, but he played it close, never making a whole-hearted commitment to go after the insidious rot and corruption that surged up from every side.

Perhaps that is some kind of tribute as to just how entrenched the Deep State really is.
