Nobody will use these things off of city streets. If you run out of fuel in the boonies, all you need to do is pack some in. If your batteries run down, what then? Helicopter it out?

There was a tread earlier about China and how the embraced electric vehicles. The dirty little secret those that are pushing EV is that the battery life span is only 4 to 5 years and they have to be replace. But that is not the bad news. The bad news is that the “dead” batteries become toxic waste and few have thought about how to deal with hundreds of thousands of batteries.

The odds are they will end up dumped somewhere where they will begin to contaminate the ground and water.

EV are another example of the cure being worse then the disease.

Let’s put him on I-10 near Pensacola and see how well he does. Speed limit: between 60 and 70. Actual speed of most traffic: about 80 or so.

Maybe Biden can explain, with current brownouts and rolling blackouts because of overdemand of electricity versus grid production, how 40 million electric cars are going to get powered? Or what the cost of a 75amp/220v power breaker and panel?
