Murdoch is crapping himself over his role in The Steal. He knows he won’t get away with it in 2024.
People are focusing on the wrong aspect of this. Donald Trump is focusing on the election making it about himself. THAT is NOT the over-riding issue.
Media and elites are trying to make this about Donald Trump. THIS IS NOT ABOUT DONALD TRUMP.
THIS ABOUT ENSURING FAIR ELECTIONS THAT ARE PROTECTED FROM FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN THE FUTURE.
We had better keep the eye on the ball and get elections cleaned up or the Deep State will make EVERY conservative candidate a Donald Trump clone in the way they treat him.
If we let this die without fixing the underlying problem, we will be Venezuela in 10 years.
Absolutely nothing wrong with focusing on stopping fraud in the 2022 and 2024 elections. But the talk about overturning/reversing/decertifying/whatever the 2020 is pointless. It's red meat for the hard core Trump supporters, and eye-rolling for the "everyone else" that Trump or whomever needs to win over the GOP in future elections.
The focus has to be on winning moving forward, and talk of fraud has to be made in that context. So, "Here's some fraud that occurred in Wisconsin, and here's how we can stop that from happening again" is great.
Here's the fraud that happened in Wisconsin, it also happened elsewhere, and I really should still be President" is utterly and completely pointless. Counterproductive, actually.
