Defense attorneys for 18-year-old defendant Kyle Rittenhouse told Fox News on Thursday that the mysterious “jump kick man” had been identified — and that prosecutors had known his identity all along, but had not brought him to testify.

hey also apparently withheld his name from the defense, preventing Rittenhouse’s attorneys from calling him as a witness. That could prompt the defense to file a new motion for a mistrial, in addition to the two that are already pending with the judge.

If we still had the rule of law, the result of the Brady violations would be a directed verdict and referral of the prosecutor to the State Bar for discipline. We shall see

The defense in closing pointed out the mob chasing Kyle had no idea he shot someone because they didn’t witness it

State then said either jump kick man did or yellow pants (I don’t remember which) were there and pointed them out on the HD drone video

Footage has come out showing Kyle and his buddies at the car lot talking to the TWO BROTHERS who were put on the stand to lie by Binger. Testimony was they never met Kyle and didn’t know he was there. Perjury for the bros. Suborning perjury for Binger.
