Charged with reckless homicide and he's out on $1000 bond?

Good Lord what is wrong with these people? They're the one's that are just as responsible
for this horrific incident and should be brought up on charges.

I don’t know where he is right now but I’m guessing he’s not out on bond. I was joking but then again maybe he IS out on bond, which was the point I was making about this corrupt district attorney letting criminals roam free to commit more crimes.
