It’s very cool that a good deal of the gears were engaged in december 2020. I’m buying Patel’s theory, and he cites much corroboration on this, that a PEAD was put in force on 1/5 or early on 1/6, with regards to Congress’s certification of the electors.
This Jan 6th stuff is all about trying to somehow get hold of Trump’s notes or conversations or figure a way to gain access to those PEADs. They know Trump is up to something they just don’t know the exact plan. The desperation is pretty obvious.

Patel’s latest was also a fascinating read - that Lindell’s case to SCOTUS, today or next week, will have 3 possible SCOTUS actions. The most likely two of them lead to rejection (like standing), and finalize that all 3 branches have been corrupted by foreign intervention in the elections, and thus the military is the only way. Then, enter the PEAD as the legal justification for what follows.
I might “trigger” some of you by saying this, but I hope that DeSantis is the nominee. Trump is highly polarizing. Some people will vote for anyone other than Trump. I think that DeSantis stands a better chance of winning.
Disagree........he’s polarizing to those who don’t like him and will walk on hot coals to make sure President Trump is vilified every hour of every day. They’re the polarizers not us......

Yes, I expect SCOTUS to reject for standing. Trump has to prove that all constitutional avenues failed and the final solution, military intervention is required. Plus dragging things out wakes more people up.

You betcha, President Trump knows something we don’t. And the swamp is in full panic mode ramming legislation through with the sole purpose of tearing down America’s foundations.
You must know more than I do because I have never seen the swamp in full panic mode. All I see is the swamp growing in size and being more destructive to this nation every day. The swamp seems to be in good spirits judging by what Psaki has to say.
The complaint needs to be filed first before it can be rejected for standing, or any other reason. Lindell hasn't submitted anything.

I agree. Furthermore, I think Trump was a much better candidate than he was a president. He surrounded himself with too many swamp dwellers who never wanted him to be president in the first place and worked to undermine him.
Trump can only win if he can convince millions of Americans who hate his guts to still vote for him because they loathe his opponent even more. This worked in 2016, didn't work in 2020, and may work in 2024 if Democrats are dumb enough to run Kamala Harris (and they very well might be). Still, it's a risky gamble. Plus, he's just too damn old. It's time for Baby Boomers to retire from politics.
I'm hoping for a younger, more disciplined MAGA candidate to repackage Donald Trump's political vision into a workable, winning campaign.
In the weeks leading up to last Tuesday Lindell claimed he had anywhere from 20 to 30 AGs, depending on who he was talking to, already lined up and ready to go. Instead he has nobody. And if he's planning on attracting support through his weekend Turkey-thon then he's got his work cut out for him.
