Cajun French is similar to some Redneck after a year of classic French immersion. “MaiS Wee?”
She probably could understand basic written and spoken French, but wouldn’t venture to speak it in public for fear of making mistakes. That’s pretty typical of North Americans and foreign languages. It’s also standard procedure for politicians to rely on interpreters, both in public and in private.
She can cackle in 18 different languages.
Off topic, but it’s interesting how people can understand each other. I was in Itaewon, Seoul, South Korea, haggling with an old, deaf lady about the price of some item. The whole time, the only thing we used was a calculator, and we communicated fine.
I referred to my ex-wife as “La belle dame sans-merci”.

My thoughts exactly. When you are dumb as a box of rocks, the only thing you have to sell is between your legs (excuse me ladies), and she did just that being Willie Brown’s Ho out in Kaliforniahomostan back in her earlier days. I wonder about her husband. Didn’t the guy know his new wife was Brown’s whore all those years. Certainly, Brown’s wife did. I read an article some time back where Mrs. Brown said she did not mind Willie having his girlfriend because “Willie works so hard and he needs his little releases of the pressures he is under.” (or words to that effect). But Mrs. Brown KNEW her husband was humping Harris, so why didn’t her husband???? Maybe he liked being married to a Ho. Who the hell knows about these liberal commies!!!
It’s SO not real French that I’ve been asked (while speaking French) three times in Montreal and once in Quebec City if I am from France.
That has never happened to me (not even close) in Belgium, Switzerland, or, (duh) France.
I think the Quebeckers are so used to the sullen, hostile, mangled French spoken by their English Canadian visitors that when they meet a North American speaking half-way decent French, they just assume he must be from France.
The Browns weren’t living together and hadn’t been for years. Of course Blanche Brown is going to say things like that to save face and make up for the fact that Willie hadn’t been playing a role in her life for years.

I actually expected Kamalamadingdong to become a media darling like Mo Obama was for 8 yrs but it really hasn’t happened. Even libs are snarking on her.
I think that’s because they realize the party needs somebody better for the 2024 race. Booty-Gig seems to be the media golden boy right now.
She doesn’t use English very well either.
