92% may have gotten the jab but it’s only a temporary thing so in 6 months zero will have the job unless they got re-jabbed.
Every month of delay means more of the old federal work force are eligible for retirement.
A bunch of folks are just gonna play the string out as long as they can...
I am also skeptical of the 92% figure given the high numbers of blacks and hispanics in the federal work force.
