So they took money from the police and gave it to social services. Now they're going to give the police money back to them, but not take the increase back from social services.

Yeah, and why aren’t they sending those social workers out there to do their job when the citizens call 911? I thought that was the plan! To send social workers instead of cops to “diffuse” the situation.
