Harold Noel Arrowsmith, Jr. was a weird guy.
A lifelong bachelor from Baltimore, he spent many of his Summers at his father's cottage on Gibson Island, about an hour south of Baltimore.
If you are not familiar with Gibson Island, it is where the Baltimore and Washington DC elite would relax, play golf, sail and maybe plot a few coups over g&t's at the Gibson Island Club.
The island became a retreat for the very wealthy after the father of Senator William Stuart Symington, formed a corporation in the 1920s to develop the slightly out of the way place with a few seasonal shacks used by Chesapeake Baymen.
Up until the 1960s, there were only about 50 high-end houses on the small island, connected by a guarded causeway to the mainland. The Island still only has about 150 homes.
A few names of individuals and families that owned homes that are recognizable, are listed below:
Harold Arrowsmith would have fit right in.
His father was Canon in charge at Baltimore's largest protestant Cathedral and the family's fortune had its roots in pre-civil War NY Banks. The Arrowsmith's apparently owned a big block of Dun & Bradstreet shares.
They Blew Up a Synagogue in 1958.
The FBI visited with Harold shortly after a Synagogue in Atlanta was dynamited in October 1958. The bomb was set to go off at 3:00AM so no one would get hurt. No one was, but the building was certainly destroyed.
One member of the gang that did the deed was connected to George Lincoln Rockwell, the founder of the American Nazi Party. A "fat cat" was mentioned as a source of financing for the new Nazi's and that happened to be Harold Arrowsmith.

George and Harold had teamed up at least as early as the winter of 1958. Harold gave George money for a printing press and for a place to live.
Harold spent the next few months harassing the FBI and members of Congress about the Jewish Conspiracy and George worked on recruiting ruffians and ne'er-do-wells for his new Nazi club.
After the Synagogue was blown up, Harold and George would soon part ways. George would go on to become the Face of the New Nazis. Harold would continue to grab attention in and around Washington as the nutty ant-Semite.
The main-stream narrative is that George Lincoln Rockwell was a real "organic" Nazi. He was assassinated in 1967. In some of his writings, he does hint that he was playing the part of the Nazi in a play. He may have gotten his Nazi acting skills from his father, who was a relatively famous Vaudville actor and radio personality for many years.
Harold Arrowsmith is more interesting. He seemed to go out of the way to make a nuisance of himself as an anti-Semite. He also had access to archived State Department files and managed to drop off a dossier at the office of Senator Potter, just in time to scuttle the confirmation of Admiral Lewis Strauss as Sec. of Commerce. (That is another story.)
Harold may have been the real Nazi. He does show up in the CIA files as a correspondent of Hans Rechenberg in the Winter of 1961. Hans Rechenburg once worked in the Goebbels office and in 1961 was active in trying to recover seized assets for the surviving members of top level WWII Nazis. He also corresponded with Otto Skorzeny in the Winter of 1961.

The accepted plural of “bus” these days is “buses”. “Busses” would refer to kissing, e.g., He busses her to say good morning.

I’m not sure what exactly a “real, ‘organic’ Nazi” is. Is this something like organic nuts?
Some of the genuine Nazis, i.e. those who were part of the Third Reich, were really into health food. Take away the Hugo Boss uniforms, and much of the High Command would be indistinguishable from any University faculty.
He certainly names a lot of names.
In this context, it is more of a term used in industry to describe where revenue came from.
XYZ Corp. experienced a 10% increase in sales last year. However, only 1% was "organic", while the remaining 9% was due to the acquisition of ABC Corp.
The implication is that the business is barely growing at 1% for some reason (lack of demand, reduced advertising, poor management, anything) and the 9% amount were purchased sales.
In the context of Nazi's, you have the original Nazi Party in Germany, which sprouted out the head of Hitler, and there is the American Nazi Party, which was a construct of the Deep State. (ie. it is fake; alternatively there would be no American Nazi Party if it was not built, or like the companies, purchased.)
Starting in the 1930s, it hosted the Gibson Island Science Conference. It was later changed to the Gordon Science Conference, named after the conference founder, Dr. Neil E. Gordon. (In the early 40s I believe, the conference trustees were gifted the Symington's original house to use during the multi-week Summer conference. Lectures, receptions, housing, standard conference needs.)
The pre-WWII lists of scientists and papers presented are difficult to find, but popular topics included eugenics and the atomic sciences.
There is a abstract that describes the success of inducing leukemia in mice after 20 years of trying.
Leukemia was originally a chicken affliction. The scientists managed to get mice infected but the latency period was too long and unpredictable for lab work (3 months to a year.)
A paper was presented that showed leukemia could be induced in a week or two with the removal of the thyroids.
A form of "gain of function" I suppose.
If you are the conspiratorial type, you might appreciate that Dr. Gordon suicided himself in Detroit the same week that Admiral Forrestal suicided himself at Bethesda.
Same method for each. Jumping from the 13th floor. (Gordon jumped from the roof of the 13 story Marriot Hotel May 31, 1949. Forrestal May 22, 1949.)
They both new William Stuart Symington pretty well, who I believe was Sec. of the Air Force at the time.
W. Stuart Symington, Jr. bought the island in the early 1900s for the purpose of developing the island. His family tree is pretty interesting.
