Same problem or worse. The COVID viruses get to the heart, the T-cells follow them there, they create inflammation. In the case of the vaccines the spike proteins antigens get to the heart and the T-cells follow. So the bottom line is the vaccines do what the disease does, hopefully at a lower and less lethal level.
