Justify this:

1) The labor force participation rate rose to 61.8%, (more peeps looking for jobs)

yet,

2) unemployment rate dropped about 1/2 point.

while

3) only 210,000 jobs were added.

By all accounts, it should be a good number with estimates above October’s 531,000 jobs.
