The hospital ER I work in we have one of these units. “Secure Holding’’ they call it your friend is right, you see all kinds of people. Big guys who look like they could tear gorillas in half and they're as gentle as a lamb. Then some times you'll get an elderly person who goes nuts and it takes five security guards one hell of a time to restrain. People will always surprise you.
