My parents rented an apartment in the basement of our house, three blocks from North Dakota State University. On several occassions we had students from India and Sri Lanka living there. As freshmen they came ready to enroll in 2nd year calculus and second year physics courses. Very very few American students are that well prepared as freshmen.
Well duh. Americans have been black listed from IT careers, especially white males.. Why study those things? IT DOESN'T MEAN THEY CAN'T.
