Simple solution; just give a legitimate female a handicap such as a 50 yard head start or some other handicap, The overpaid officials of the sport should have started this years ago to even the playing field.
There has to be a mathematical formula for leveling the field. Maybe the woman has to swim the 1650, but the man swims a 2000.
