A federal judge on Tuesday blocked Joe Biden’s vaccine requirement for federal contractors nationwide.
Judge Stan Baker in the US Court for the Southern District of Georgia, a Trump appointee, issued a preliminary injunction against Biden’s vaccine mandate.
The lawsuit, brought by South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson and South Carolina Governor Henry McMaster along with other Republican attorneys general, argued Biden’s vaccine mandate violated the 10th Amendment.
The lawsuit also argued Biden’s vaccine mandate is unconstitutional because only Congress is allowed to make rules.
Georgia, Alabama, Idaho, Kansas, Utah and West Virginia attorneys general joined the lawsuit.
“Abuse of power by the Biden administration has been stopped cold again. The rule of law has prevailed and liberty is protected. When the president oversteps his authority the law is thankfully there to halt his misuse of power,” SC AG Wilson said.
Last week a Trump-appointed judge blocked Biden’s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.

Won’t make a bit of difference. The junta will flip the finger to the ruling and continue on. They will call their partners in fascism, and the contractors will all require it.
Employers will require it instead of Government.
Gutless republicans always allow businesses an escape route to do as they please.

Employers, yep. Then like all the others that would not accept a jab got fired or quit. Still hurting our economy.
Some people will now not be harmed. The sad part is of all the people who were harmed by these governmental decrees are still harmed. Loss of jobs, health damage etc. And the people that initiated these edicts will face pretty much nothing to encourage them to change their ways..
If employers ignore federal court orders, then that will make them criminally and civilly liable.
All those harmed have lawsuits civil and criminal court. Get a pro-bono lawyer and these companies will be tied down in litigation.
Furthermore, I would suggest going after all individuals in the companies involved from top to bottom. Make it very expensive for them. I was just following unlawful order will not cut iut.
If employers take these despite federal court orders, and employees that are killed or injured. They are going to get themselves in very hot water.
My employer just released a statement written before this order saying employees in OH, KY and TN are exempt until further notice.
We have employees in all 50 states.

Biden is trying to federalize all the private industry by this move.
He has no legal power what so ever in the U.S. Constitution to do this. All his mandates only apply to the Executive Branch only and that’s even questionable.
The court ruled Biden could not force them to impose such a policy, not that they could not adopt such a policy themselves - two different subjects.
A requirement they impose themselves could make them liable for claims against them, of course.
Why is a GP article headed with “Trump-Appointed Judge...” How many times do you see the other side ever mention the appointing President when liberal judges crap all over the constitution?

Now ALL of the Biden Administration vaccine mandates have been halted.
Now, under my Order, vaccine mandates are not allowed in Texas.

I would change the title if it was up to me.
Must be the same MO that has a Republican in trouble always identified in the first few sentences while a Democrat is not identified until the 14th paragraph.
