Yes, spoiled kids DO need spanking & if you can’t give them what they want, then how about giving them what they desperately NEED. I know that public whipping is not allowed in this country, but maybe there are suitable occasions when it should be. There could be different ways of accomplishing this & the severity of it could be in relation to the seriousness of the crime.
