President Biden announced Monday that he will go to Kentucky to survey the aftermath of devastating tornadoes that left dozens dead and thousands without electricity and other utilities.
The White House press office said Biden will visit the Army installation at Fort Campbell, Ky., for a briefing on the storm before visiting Mayfield and Dawson Springs to inspect the damage.

Xiden aside, I’ve always thought it ridiculous that a Head of State would be expected to tour disaster sites. Is he going to help sweep up? Do they do anything but get in the way of the real responders and waste resources protecting the VIPs when the boots on the ground have better things to do?

The actual quote is stunningly IDIOTIC and completely unprovable— ask any competent weather analyst scientist. Tornadoes happen because of a combination of several weather pattern conditions and circulation.
This man is an IDIOT and those who still listen to him are ON HIS PAYROLL— no logic could ever support this BS. Ever.
He’ll mope around just long enough for the cameras to film (no need for mics – they’ll add in sound that doesn’t include people yelling “LET’S GO BRANDON!” in post-production) and then read from a teleprompter in front of 15 of his staff members. Obligatory post-disaster presidential appearance: accomplished.

According to a panel of meteorologist I just heard on the radio, F3-F5 tornadoes have dropped from an average of the mid 56 a year in the 1950s to 30 in the last 10 years.
This last disaster was NOT the result of global warming.
I’m sure this will help morale (eyes rolling).
