Pence is just one of numerous bad picks Trump made.
Not so fast.
It's the legislatures of the states that direct the choosing of the electors.
Did that happen in PA, GA, AZ, WI and MI?
Which the Vice President has absolutely no authority to do. It does not exist, period.
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
βThe president of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates, and the votes shall then be counted.
What precedent do you cite to determine what would have happened if Pence simply said, “I believe that this was a fraudulent election and I refuse to open the certificates”?
Why do you think the founders were so specific with their language?
“It’s the legislatures of the states that direct the choosing of the electors.
Did that happen in PA, GA, AZ, WI and MI?”
Yes it did. The Constitution gives state legislatures the power to decide how electors are chosen.
I disagree with Nixon with respect to the EPA and price controls. I understand what he was doing with Communist China trying to use them as a tool against the Soviets.
But until the day I die, I will forever be grateful to Nixon for executing Linebacker II against North Vietnam and the mining of Haiphong Harbor.
And also for his role in exposing the Communist spy Alger Hiss.
That took guts. I think Nixon was fundamentally a good guy, hated the hippies and the Left, and loved his country. He wasn’t corrupt, and whatever crimes he committed pale in comparison to what the entire Left has done since 1974.
I give Nixon respect.
I think Pence means well, but heβs milquetoast.

People are judged by their actions. Pence acted like a coward, not a man of faith.
May 2021 property records reveal that Pence, 62, bought a seven-bedroom, 7Β½-bathroom house in the upscale location of Carmel β known as the luxury pinnacle in his state of Indiana. And it appears he offered more than the asking price, as it was initially listed for $1.8 million. The home was first listed on April 1 and the former VP placed an offer a week later. The sale closed on May 25. Spanning a massive 10,300 square feet, the estate sits on five acres of land and comes with all the amenities your heart desires.
And according to Forbes, he didn't have much have much of a financial worth before he left the Trump administration ... https://www.forbes.com/sites/chasewithorn/2019/07/18/how-mike-pence-became-a-millionaire-from-government-pensions/?sh=3dea26424835
An there are nothing in the "Constitution or the related statutes" that allows for abortion.......BUT the Demoncrats and RINOS made up what passed for such a right/law. And don't forget how they are relentless in trying to subvert the 2nd amendment. Which the framers knew would be necessary.
However, the oh so holy conservatives (spit), even knowing the liberals did the most MASSIVE cheat since 1776 wouldn't think of FIGHTING BACK!
IT'S LIKE CONSERVATIVES ALL BECAME NEVER TRUMPFs OVER NIGHT!!!!
That is quite an estate for a man who makes what a VP makes.
I thought you said Trump and Pence had left office. π
They did.
What are you so worried about then? π
Curiosity. When Trump reclaims the oval office this year...or next year...or the year after...how do you think he is he going to get along with his vice-president?
Pence isn’t coming back. He will announce he’s retired. Next question.
And if he doesn't resign? If he's there on January 6th of 2025 and has to open the Electoral Votes for the winner of the 2024 election. Would he stiff whoever the Republican candidate is should people claim fraud again?
He will resign. There is no if. You just stay asleep and I’ll wake you up when its all over. π
Or what?
Just hit that snooze alarm and go back to sheep er sleep. π
And snooze through all the humorous Q-crap that you post? Not a chance.
Its OK you’re the 25%. The 25% are always with us. Trump understands. π
