This article is bull, here are the real Colorado numbers from the Colorado site:
Covid patients occupy 18% of hospital beds as of today’s report. That’s down from 19% last week. (At the top of the last spike (fall 2020) Covid patients occupied 22% of hospital beds.
43% of ventilators are in use. Last fall 49% were in use.
This wave is weaker than last year’s and cases are already dropping fast. Hospitalizations will drop from here, cases have been dropping for almsot 4 weeks.
The 7 day rolling average of new cases is down to a level last seen around Sept 1.
If Colorado hospitals are over-full, it’s due to something other than Covid.

NPR is full of CNN.
Citing the un-jabbed is a way of diverting attention from the fact that the number of infected are mainly from the jabbed. It’s not hard to fool the Marxist State Media because they want to be the water carriers for their propaganda bosses. They fired the staff and they want to blame it on someone else. That’s why they are using percentages rather than the actual number of beds and staff. If they did, it would be obvious that the number of beds and staff have declined matching exactly the rise in the percentage of occupancy.
So why do sources like NPR keep blaming the unjabbed?

Additionally, always suspect the reports of percentage increases without knowing the universe. Example: HHS is pimping for Pfizer and all the others with an ad stating that youth infections have tripled over the Summer .... triple of what base? The FDA and FTC would jump all over that commercial as false and deceptive if it were by any other entity.
How it works ...
You have a 20 bed ICU
You have staff for only 5 beds ...
When those 5 beds are full, you are “overflowing” and on the “verge of collapse”.
Why are you understaffed? Did you by chance fire any staff because they would not, for many good reasons, take the so-called vaccine?
Does the medical community in your area treat COVID patients with early outpatient treatment & keep them OUT of the hospitals? COVID patients that are either vaxed or unvaxed? Dr. Fauci is now letting some things slip, like:

“Serious” COVID in the vaxed ... like need-to-be-in-the-hospital serious where they’re very likely to die?

Looks like theyâre blaming the âhospitals collapsingâ on the staffing shortage, which has occurred because many healthcare professionals have refused the vaccine. They think theyâre so clever.
Unfortunately the Colorado Covid site does not list any information regarding vaccination status of Covid patients.
I guess the public is not being told that vaccinated people are the ones shedding the virus. Not only that the definition of just who is not vaccinated keeps changing. So tomorrow these haters may find out that they are the non vaccinated.

My sis was in hospital a few weeks ago with “COVID unrelated “ breathing difficulties.
Two nurses told her ALL ICU patients admitted with breathing difficulties were vaxxed.
