Colorado allows monoclonal antibody treatment. In fact, a clinic that gives it by injection rather than infusion opened just a few days ago in my county. My wife got the infusion version a couple of months ago.
But, but, but, they didn’t get their 4th booster yet.
I know, they got the 3rd booster 10 days ago, but are still considered not vaxed.
I don’t know about the rest of Colorado, but locally about 87 percent of the hospitalized are unvaccinated. In Colorado, one shot of any of the vaccines counts as vaccinated.

If you are over 65 years old and act quickly, you have a chance at this therapy. Otherwise, there are a whole set of Catch-22 rules that will most likely make you "ineligible". You have about ten days to sort that out.
The State has taken control of MAB allocations and specified rules for the hospitals and clinics. Doctors have very little say in the matter.
Your odds are quite poor, but the State can claim still the MAB treatment is "available".
It is not like Florida, where you can get a prescription from your doctor and do a walk-in to an outpatient clinic.
I have to conclude that the State officials do not want the general population to have any effective anti-viral treatments.
Are they still calling people unvaccinated until 14 days after they get injected? That would explain a lot.
Also, the unvaccinated are the New Jews and are being demonized in the media.

Number of facilities anticipating staff shortages (within the next week) 50%. (Self induced)
Facilities anticipating ICU bed shortages in the next week 35%
65% don’t have shortages.
