“Administrators say facilities “are on the verge of collapse.”
is it because you fired the unjabbed smart nurses? Nah, couldnt be..
Half the state's hospitals anticipate a staffing shortage in the next week. And when there are too many patients being treated by too few staff, Lara says, that ratchets up the difficulty for providers.
How it works ...
You have a 20 bed ICU
You have staff for only 5 beds ...
When those 5 beds are full, you are “overflowing” and on the “verge of collapse”.
Why are you understaffed? Did you by chance fire any staff because they would not, for many good reasons, take the so-called vaccine?
Does the medical community in your area treat COVID patients with early outpatient treatment & keep them OUT of the hospitals? COVID patients that are either vaxed or unvaxed? Dr. Fauci is now letting some things slip, like:
Fauci Finally Admits Vaccines Don’t Protect Against Serious Covid or Death
“Serious” COVID in the vaxed ... like need-to-be-in-the-hospital serious where they’re very likely to die?
Do I believe anything written/’reported’ by NPR? Take what they write & turn it 180 to get to the probable truth.
“are on the verge of collapse.” ??
The administrators fired the staff that refused the kill shot causing nurse shortage and causing the collapse.
Probably crappy pay at that hospital. I was inpatient this week in W.Central FL. A bunch of nurses were ‘travelling nurses’. I chatted with one from PA and one from OR but there were many more. The RNs are being paid $6,000 per week as a travelling nurse. IMO most nurses leave and do the travelling nurse schtick.
