I have trouble believe that the Russians would use someone like Oswald for this purpose. He was too obviously a Soviet dupe. I will always think LBJ was behind it.

Here’s a little fact that you might want to consider. Valeriy Kostakov, besides being a consul at the Russian Embassy, was also the KGB’s top agent-in-charge of Wet Ops, including assassinations, at the time he met Oswald. Was the FBI, CIA, and/or LBJ involved? The Cuban/mafia? Did the Secret Service accidently provide the Coupe de Grace?
Who know? I don’t but I wouldn’t put it past any or all of them. Was Kennedy privy to some intelligence info that has been conveniently hidden to this day? Who knows? The way things have turned out the only person I trust is me.
There you go. Beforehand the conspiracy hounds say “The feds are hiding the evidence of their deep state coup, that’s why they won’t release the files!” Then when they do and it’s another nothing burger it’s “The evidence is faked, those aren’t the real files!”
No amount of evidence can convince those fully invested in the conspiracy.
