That is not that big of a reduction, considering the magnitude of their offense.
I would have expected it to be 10X the stated amount.
The SA needs to stand down and get its house in order.
How do you know it isn't that or higher?
I agree. The annually hours for a full-time employee is 2,080, so how would you even be able to measure such a small difference?
