Of course it will raise prices. They’re not idiots but they think we are. The new mandate includes light trucks. Light trucks are the work horses of our economy. What this new mandate will do is push truck users into the 3/4 ton sector as these and above are exempt. Being these trucks are more expensive it will increase cost of doing business for a lot of people.
No one will take it seriously - it will wind up being a back-door tax. That simple.
