Legal name changes are cheap and easy these days.
He should rebrand his race car as the “Lets go Brandon” car. I’m certain he could find some sponsors.
Some Trump fans.
Gee, might want to take it up with NBC, they’re the ones who stuck his name over a news event they found inconvenient to cover.
Lemme guess...he’s gonna sue Trump!
“The phrase quickly became a rallying cry among conservatives who believe President Biden gets treated with kid gloves by the media,..”
It is popular amongst some liberals as well, because Joe is not popular with ANyONE.
And that, folks, is called The Law of Intended Consequences multiplied.
He should sue NBC for destroying his career. It’s obvious that the NASCAR babe was simply following orders to provide cover for the Democrats.
Well, ain’t that a shame.
Every driver in the series is having trouble attracting sponsors.
Imagine a crowd funded effort with a big “Let’s Go Brandon” on the car.....
If anything it should be the reporter that should be having “problems”.
If he could find a platform and a payment processor (so it won’t happen), a “Let’s go Brandon” car would rake in the money. He’s not a bad driver at all. He would need someone really rich to basically underwrite it, since all of the payment processing platform would shut him down. Needs to happen. It’s a real life “Who is John Galt.”
The effort to kill this phenomenon is incredible.
Would a legal law suit be possible? What fault did he have? How did he invent the phrase that became viral. NOTHING. It was the reporter, take sponsors away from her.
Hey Brandon this is an example of life throwing you a curve. How you respond becomes the critical factor.
His ‘problem’ was created by NBC and Kelli Stavast; if has a problem, he should sue these clowns.
Roll with it Brandon.
If this guy had half a brain, he would find somehow, someway, to embrace this.
You can’t pay for this kind of thing. And it isn’t like he would be losing a lot of liberal fans or sponsors by finding a way to laugh at it and make it funny.
I really think this guy isn’t looking at this correctly. Granted, I understand NASCAR is not what it used to be (or so I am told) or maybe he is someone who genuinely does not believe in treating other people that way even if they deserve it.
But unless he really does have some kind of conviction about disrespecting authority (which from what I have seen recently, would try to disabuse him of that notion, however well intentioned) I think he should figure out some way to sail with it so he can focus on his profession.
A driver for NASCAR who got caught up in a T.V. interviewer’s scoundrel love fantasy, ends up with no corporations wanting to sponsor him; while a guy who flogged a race hoax like a rented mule gets fame and fortune. Welcome to Biden’s soviet America!
