How do you get a link to show up as a link at Free Republic?

Go to this https: link and copy/paste the link artifact into your post. Replace the "url" and link text with what you want to show.

The link artifact looks like the following:

< a href="url">link text< /a>

But you have to remove the space following each "<" for it to work. I added the spaces in order to show the artifact.
