Donald Trump's children Ivanka Trump and Donald Trump Jr. are refusing to comply with New York Attorney General Letitia James' subpoena in her investigation over whether their father committed fraud by misrepresenting his company's asset values.
They were served on December 1, the same day as the former president, the New York Times reported.
Their participation in the civil probe was revealed in a Monday court filing by Trump Organization lawyers looking to block Trump and his children from speaking with James' investigators.

Remember exercising constitutional rights is not “refusing”.
It would be interesting if the Trump organization did some digging on Letitia James, found dirt on her that would absolutely destroy her and then published it. It is what the Democrats would do.
They need to tell that porker where she can shove her subpoena.

I don’t understand how this is allowed to continue. It’s persecution and obvious harassment. The NYAG ran on “getting Trump” and is using her office for personal political gain and harassing Trump for purely political reasons. The fact this has been allowed to continue clearly shows corruption in her office. But then again, I remember how the doj/fbi are nothing more then an extension of the dirtiest political party in American history. The judicial branch now joins the legislative, executive and military branches of government in total corruption and have zero credibility. The American experiment in self government has completely failed. The US Constitution was intended for a moral people, it is failing miserably with a corrupted people.

Fortunately the Democrats have morphed into the boy that cried wolf. Years of failed investigations, hoaxes and witch hunts have been proven to be nothing but partisan political theatre and people can see it and are skeptical, even the liberals. Sure you have the dead enders that refuse to see what is in front of their eyes, listen to what they hear...but contrary to what the MSM might tell you...they are the fringe outliers ..rational people are sick of these “investigations”...real crime exists in NY and this what they focus resources on? The country burned last year, massive riots all over the nation, parts of cities taken over by criminals in the name of social justice...and they spend a year investigating a days worth of broken windows at the Capitol? Democrats will do anything to get drop box voting permanently installed in US election because they know they cannot win at this point with out fraud. They pulled it off once, now there are lots news election laws in place that will make the steal more difficult and that scares the crap out of them. So now they push for a national election integrity bill? Threaten to end the filibuster? They expect to be able to cheat so they dont care how unpopular and unsavory they look.
