Wouldn’t it be a shame if, under threat of a US supported Russian takeover, Ukrainian leaders published the truth about all the US politicians that have been stealing money in Ukraine for decades. All of them. But especially Biden.
Ukraine has a decades tradition of businesspeople/Oligarchs “seizing” power and conducting state policy in favor of private rather than public interests. It is impossible to halt that practice without sparking a conflict.
Oligarch Kolomoisky even has his own standing army...so there’s that as well.
