The November jobs report is out and the highlight is that US Average Hourly Earnings GREW at a rate of 4.7% YoY. Unfortunately, inflation is still raging resulting in REAL US Average Hourly Earnings DECLINING at a rate of -1.71% YoY.
REAL US home price growth is slowing and is at 12.856% YoY as REAL average hourly earnings slowed to -1.7094% YoY.
The lowlight of the November jobs report is that only 199K jobs were added versus the 450K jobs expected to be added. At least the unemployment rate fell to 3.9%.
Yes, REAL wage growth and REAL home price growth are slowing.

I don’t know how you could screw up an entire country more than Biden has done in such a short time.
Watch Biden come out at 10:30 and brag about how we are adding jobs and increasing wages at a fast pace.
And then he will make some comment about nationalized day care to get more comrades working.
And then he will turn and walk away. And bump into a potted plant.
Next month we will see a job loss.
I wonder how he would explain how great pumping more cash into the economy when we don’t have enough people to fill the job openings we have today?
We are 12 weeks away from companies not being able to state all their problems are china virus. Be ready to perform and 2022 will be epic. Be stuck in the glue of Covid and Woke and 2022 will be the last.
Yet people are still quitting jobs at a record pace.
