They don’t care about facts.
They don’t care about the Constitution.
The court is trying to govern in a way which advances their political ideology.
That’s not what the Supreme Court is supposed to do, but [shrug] what are ya gonna do?

Vote for your country in the upcoming midterm elections; which means Vote for only those who vote for and follow the U.S. Constitution; which means no votes for Democrats/Progressives/Communists all of which America's Democratic Party has become.

***That means we are no longer a republic, we are officially an oligarchy. The death blow to our republic was when SCOTUS refused to rule on the simple and plain definition of Natural Born Citizen in Berg vs. Obama, saying that NO ONE in America had ‘standing’.
Since that time we have seen the muscle spasms of our dying republic. Very similar to when historians traced the end of the Roman republic to the crossing of the Rubicon river by Julius Caesar, signalling a civil war and the beginning of the Roman Empire.
I'd say shoot 'em, but then Biden, or whoever is controlling him these days, would nominate even worse, and Republicans would confirm. It's still a possibility that Merrick Garland could sit on the Court.
Thank you for posting ClearCase_guy.
Before FDR "nuked" the Supreme Court with activist, state sovereignty-ignoring justices who looked a lot like he did (sarc), the states would exercise their now wrongly demonized power to amend the Constitution to effectively overturn Supreme Court decisions.
But also remember that patriots can theoretically elect a Congress who is willing to impeach and remove activist Supreme Court justices.
The problem, evidenced by desperate Democrats twice failing to remove Trump from office with mock impeachments, is that although patriots could have used their 17th Amendment (17A) power to replace all senators at least twice since Obama was resident (correction welcome), we still have a split Senate that effectively cannot remove ANYBODY that the House impeaches, patriots asleep at the wheel with the Senate (fortunately for Trump).
How could the country possibly have survived without 17A? /super-sarc
Insights welcome.
And here we are...
It has electrolytes
They should just rename the Supreme Court the “Super Congress”. They wouldn’t even have to change the initials.
