What needs to happen is the formation of entirely new
leagues / events. Keep Men's and Women's Sports and events, yes -
but we now need "Gender Fluid/Neutral" sports / leagues / teams / events and competitions. An entirely new classification of athlete.
Doing it any other way is fundamentally unfair.
So if this freak is transitioning from female to male, why is (he/she/it) still swimming on the women’s team?

More often than not, if we do this, we humans get very willfully self-determined and wickedly self-deceived about sexual things first.
And, since humans can rationalize anything, especially pleasure, it’s pretty much downhill from there.
Bad enough on an individual level, but catastrophic on a societal level with both historical and Biblical examples to guide and instruct us.

Male.
What is the term if one starts the trans but then changes their minds and starts the trans back?
What ever they are. They are.
You see there is no "transitioning". You remain what ever you were when sperm met egg. It never changes. No matter what you choose to have chopped off, sewed on, pump your body full of. You remain the sex that you are. Until death and beyond. Even your bones declare that you are either a man or a woman.
Humans are mammals.
Mammals have two sexes.
These sexes are immutable.
This is biology.
There is no such thing as a transgender, transsexual or hermaphrodite mammal.
This is reality.
