The Keystone XL pipeline was largely finished when Old Joe pulled the plug and that Canadian crude is still coming here by train and truck. The killing of Keystone was largely symbolic and was just a treat tossed to the environmentalist whacko crowd. Sadly thousands of US workers immediately got pink slips as a result of Joe’s pandering to the environmental leftists. The biggest losers were the investors including one Canadian Indian tribe. Millions of dollars worth of pipe and pumping equipment now sits rusting and useless thanks to Joe.
