Hopefully the judges shoot this down hard or send it straight to the Supreme Court. This kind of BS needs to be hit with a shovel hard.
Since there has not been one person charged with insurrection, this should be a no brainer.

If they are going to take this approach, then Trump better be queuing up libel lawsuits against anyone (D or R) that slandered him over the phony Russia narrative. He could put a lot of them into the poor house, where they belong.
