It means they’ve looked at polls showing that lockdowns are no longer popular with their constitutes and/or the people pulling the puppet strings.
Now, about all those

Testing? So, you’re sick with cold/flu symptoms. If it’s not COVID, are you going to go around sneezing on people? This is ignoring the well documented problems with the tests. This is a problem with the “it’s just the flu” rubric and the response to it. Ever had the flu? It’s not good. There’s no “just” about it. The flu can kill really fat and unhealthy people, too.
Well, they learned to live with feces and urine on the streets, and pander to the people who put them there, and they learned to live with looting and burning.
What’s a little COVID?
Suddenly, “learning to live with it” is popular all over the place. Why, a cynical me would suspect there are some elections coming up later this year and the Dems are swimming in deep doo-doo today.
THAT ain’t gonna happen.
It means masks, lock downs and government controls are here to stay.
Maybe we all just misjudged covid.

Who will test the ‘homeless’?
Spain just announced that they’re going to stop mass testing for COVID and start treating it like the flu, where medical personnel will report it only if they’re actually treating someone with it.
This is the left wing government, but I think they were shamed into it by the conservative government of Madrid, which just said they weren’t going along with the craziness anymore, and the fact that even the left wing citizens of Barcelona were out rioting in the streets a few days ago against national covid policies.
It’s over. It’s served its purpose, though.
A great man once said everything woke turns to shit! And SanFranshitco has proven it absolutely by an entire city example.
It means they are slow learners.
