Democrats acknowledge that the latest Covid-19 variant is the most vexing to date, with plenty still unknown about its severity and resistance to treatments. But many are warning that some messaging from agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is fueling more confusion, and the government needs to evolve in its response to keep up with a dramatically changing virus.

In a battle of wits between a virus and the CDC, the virus is winning.

“As a brutal surge of Omicron infections hits an exhausted nation...”

Yes! Relief! Relief!
All this featherweight omicron pummeling must stop!
My Nyquil bottle is begging for mercy!

The ENTIRE NARRATIVE is SUCH a load of crap.

I’m afraid that time has passed

This entire regime is a little slow on the uptake. The vacuum of the swamp.

Omicron Makes Biden’s Vaccine Mandates Obsolete!:
by: Luc Montagnier and Jed Rubenfeld 2022-01-09 Source: Dr. Kelli Ward

Federal courts considering the Biden administration’s vaccination mandates—including the Supreme Court at Friday’s oral argument—have focused on administrative-law issues. The decrees raise constitutional issues as well. But there’s a simpler reason the justices should stay these mandates: the rise of the Omicron variant.

It would be irrational, legally indefensible and contrary to the public interest for government to mandate vaccines absent any evidence that the vaccines are effective in stopping the spread of the pathogen they target. Yet that’s exactly what’s happening here.

Both mandates—from the Health and Human Services Department for healthcare workers and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration for large employers in many other industries—were issued Nov. 5. At that time, the Delta variant represented almost all U.S. Covid-19 cases, and both agencies appropriately considered Delta at length and in detail, finding that the vaccines remained effective against it.

Those findings are now obsolete.

As of Jan. 1, Omicron represented more than 95% of U.S. Covid cases, according to estimates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Because some of Omicron’s 50 mutations are known to evade antibody protection, because more than 30 of those mutations are to the spike protein used as an immunogen by the existing vaccines, and because there have been mass Omicron outbreaks in heavily vaccinated populations, scientists are highly uncertain the existing vaccines can stop it from spreading. As the CDC put it on Dec. 20, “we don’t yet know . . . how well available vaccines and medications work against it.”

Meanwhile our current vaccines are Limited/basically worthless as per the Pfizer CEO!

Pfizer CEO: Our Vaccines Offer ‘Limited, If Any Protection’

Speaking during remarks to a J.P. Morgan healthcare conference this week, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla openly stated current vaccines the company developed for Wuhan coronavirus offer “limited, if any” protection against contracting current variants of the disease. He then encouraged booster shots.

The statement from Bourla comes as the Biden administration continues to justify vaccine mandates for federal workers, contractors and private businesses. The Supreme Court heard arguments about President Biden’s mandates for private companies and medical workers last week. A ruling is expected soon on the constitutionality of the mandates.

A number of people who have pointed out the waning efficacy of Pfizer’s vaccines, which Bourla touted last year as being “100 percent” effective against contracting or transmitting the virus, have been banned by social media companies.

Here’s the new policy, these shots are recommended and not mandated for people over 60 and those with co-morbidities.

Anyone younger probably should avoid the shot and if you feel ill stay away from people for a week.

As far as masks, they don’t work, no need to wear them unless you want to.

Best thing Biteme could do is nothing.

Best thing the “do nothing” Congress could do is nothing.

Leave it to the State and local government to do....nothing.

But at least if they do something the citizens have some redress.

This whole thing from start to finish has been nothing but a disaster. Caused by the politicians, who many here and most in the nation have looked to for answers. For what? This thing is never ending or the “crisis” ends. The crisis is a state of mind. Other than changing that state of mind there is no end.

As a brutal surge of Omicron infections hits an exhausted nation.

B.S.

False analogy. But keep repeating it. Over and over and over and over.....

Just got over Covid. You don’t want it, I didn’t want it. But guess what? Everyone is gonna get it. This version anyway. And it should keep getting weaker. All by itself.

I was pressured by family pretty hard to get vaccinated. Why? Not because it would keep me from getting it. Because “it would keep me from going to Hospital and dying.” So call me the “control group”. Cause I’m fine. And guess how I got it? From vaccinated family. Thanks guys!!!

fauci may end up being the fall guy for this administration.

look for fauci to be fired in early March with a denouncement of his running of the CDC covid 19 response.

this will be fun to watch.

A new CEO was hired to take over a struggling company. The CEO who was stepping down met with him privately and presented him with three numbered envelopes. “Open these if you run into serious trouble,” he said.

Well, three months later sales and profits were still way down and the new CEO was catching a lot of heat. He began to panic but then he remembered the envelopes. He went to his drawer and took out the first envelope. The message read, “Blame your predecessor.” The new CEO called a press conference and explained that the previous CEO had left him with a real mess and it was taking a bit longer to clean it up than expected, but everything was on the right track. Satisfied with his comments, the press – and Wall Street – responded positively.

Another quarter went by and the company continued to struggle. Having learned from his previous experience, the CEO quickly opened the second envelope. The message read, “Reorganize.” So he fired key people, consolidated divisions and cut costs everywhere he could. This he did and Wall Street, and the press, applauded his efforts.

Three months passed and the company was still short on sales and profits. The CEO would have to figure out how to get through another tough earnings call. The CEO went to his office, closed the door and opened the third envelope. The message said, “Prepare three envelopes.”

Didn’t he tell us last week that the states were on their own? Something about there being no federal solution to the COVID situation?

Great post, Grandpa.

You can add this to your arsenal:

WHO Joins EU and Changes Direction — Suddenly Warns Against Taking Continued COVID Booster Shots

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022/01/frightening-joins-eu-changes-direction-suddenly-warns-taking-continued-covid-booster-shots/

On Tuesday European regulators warned that the COVID booster shots could adversely affect the immune system.

This was a huge admission for European officials after pushing booster shots just weeks earlier. What happened?

Then later on Tuesday the World Health Organization joined the EU and also condemned the continued booster regimen.
