Sadly the healthcare hucksters and the government really don’t care about their patients at the administrative and physician level, they are CDC drones.

It’s already been happening. Long term care facilities are already short staffed. Hospitals are paying travel nursing companies massive hourly fees to fill in where nursing shortages exist.

Some federally funded, accept Medicare/Medicaid, companies and hospitals are granting religious exemptions as a way to keep employees. You cannot just replace a specialized nurse with any nurse. There is training required and some nurse say screw this and go back to doctors offices or hospital floors.

I recently read that companies that provide contracted traveling nurses do not require vaccines. The are paid by hospitals and clinics not the federal government. Since they do not actually accept Medicare or Medicaid they do not fall under the healthcare mandate. There have been cases where a Nurse leaves a hospital returns a week or two later as a contractor.
