Yeah looks like they split the baby so to speak..striking down vaccine mandates for businesses but allowing them for health care workers and those who work at healthcare facilities
If they allow the mandate on health care workers to stand, they are about to see the complete collapse of the health care system in the entire country.

Simple enough. Not a total victory.
I have heard health care workers are under the authoritarian tyranny of the federal government...We can thank Kavanaugh for this travesty.
Hope no one is needing to see a doc or go to hospital in the near future unless they don’t mind being treated by medical personnel who are going along to get along, able to transmit the viruses equally to unvaccinated, or foreign workers/military.
I’m pleased for the office workers and airline pilots, bot this is not a total victory.
