Young people today are dominated by their fear. The irony is that the things they’re most fearful of aren’t real, and the fantasy world they inhabit insulates them from real threats.

My daughter has bought this crap hook line and sinker.
She argues with me and I keep saying whether you believe in Climate Change or not we can all Agree that stopping pollution is a good idea.
So she will continue to argue about Climate Change and whether it’s real or not, Until I get to the point where I ask her “okay what’s the solution? stopping pollution?”
This makes her so mad. It’s like even though we agreed 100% on the solution I must also agree that there’s “Climate Change”, Or else.
She’s actually an engineer, too, and I’ve tried to explain to her about significant digits, and how they can’t accurately measure temperatures to tenths or hundredths of a degree over the last thousand years by tree rings.
It’s one of the first things they teach you in science- you can’t be more accurate than your measuring device!
I’ve even tried calculating the volume of water for her, Even if the North and South Poles melted it would be like throwing a bucket of water in a swimming pool...You would hardly notice.

Here at Wintergreen, we had a foot of snow 10 days ago. Now another foot is forecast, with very cold temps coming through the end of the month.
So constantly lying to kids, telling them they will live in a dystopian future filled with death, starvation and poverty, and that it’s all the fault of them and their parents (especially if they are white!) is causing fear and anxiety? What better way to gain their compliance when they revoke their freedoms, tell them where to live, how to travel, what to eat, who they work for.
Tell the snowflakes to come to Maine, where the high today was in the low single digits.

I’m trying to get a government grant tp procure anther 1.000 waaaambulances to cover this crisis.
Yes some of them have been sucking up all this propaganda and some do truly feel this way. Really sad they have internalized this propaganda and are so affected by it.
I have talked to some of them about it.
They are so immersed in their worlds, they know nothing of what previous generations have fought through and overcome.
They feel hopeless. They really have been brainwashed
