No one stops these people from donating any amount of their money to reduce government deficits, to fund charities, or to start/augment a jobs-training program of some kind. If these people are sincere in wanting to be taxed more, why do they pay big money in fees to tax accountants and tax attorneys to avoid taxation under the current system? Is tax planning anything other than seeking a legal way to avoid paying taxes?

Count this millionaire out. I have an earned retirement to live comfortably and something for my children to inherit. I owe nothing toward any “inequity”. That’s just down-right f’n Communism and I didn’t serve during the Cold War to have that crap take over 35 years later.
